Dr. Frank Moller, 89, of Eddyville

Dr. Frank A. Moller, age 89, of Eddyville, Kentucky, respected dentist and cherished family man, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2024, at home surrounded by his family.

Born in Paducah, Kentucky on January 11, 1935, to his late parents, John and Margaret Moller; Frank’s journey through life was marked by his unwavering commitment to his family, his patients, and his many interests. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University, followed by his doctorate from the University of Louisville Dental School. Dr. Moller’s contribution to his community spanned over five decades, during which he owned and operated a successful dental practice and was an active member of the American Dental Association. He served six years in the Army Reserve and two years of active duty in the United States Army Dental Corps as a Captain. Frank was also a member of First Baptist Church in Princeton. He expressed his creative side through stained glass and woodworking, and he enjoyed time on the lake boating. Frank was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and University of Kentucky Wildcats fan.

Dr. Moller leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Margaret Jane Moller; two daughters, Laura (Jason) Harris of Paducah, Charity (Michael) Cannon of Princeton; three sons, David (Ginger) Moller of Paducah, Jon Paul Moller of Eddyville, Matthew (Cheryl) Moller of Eddyville; his twelve grandchildren, Margaret Moller, Katie Cronin, Benjamin Sandman, Andrew Sandman, Levi Harris, Noah Harris, Mary Hannah Phelps, Lane Moller, Christian Cannon, Katherine McConnell, Keith Hubbard, Daniel Hubbard; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Dr. Moller was preceded in death by his three brother-in-laws, Paul Geyman, Steve McClung and Al Huntington.

Special thank you to his sister-in-law, Kathie McClung, for her endless love and dedication in his care during his final years.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Bro. Russ Davidson officiating. Burial will follow in Lamasco Baptist Cemetery in Lyon County.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
