Marshalls Opens In Princeton With Generous Donation To Kentucky Habitat For Humanity

Marshalls is officially open for business in Princeton and with that, a donation was made on behalf of a statewide organization that has made a local impact in recent years.

When the store opened its doors Thursday, customers were greeted with a sign that stated a $10,000 donation was made to the Kentucky Habitat for Humanity program. Although the organization is based in Louisville, there has been lots of assistance coming to the region on behalf of the Pennyrile Region Home SAFE Home initiative.

The program launched intending to build 100 new homes over three years in areas ravaged by the December 2021 EF-4 tornado that tracked through western Kentucky.
