The Edge Media Group has once again teamed up with Pennyroyal Allied Community Services (PACS) for the annual Cooling Our Communities campaign.
Throughout June, all stations, including WPKY, are collecting electric fans and monetary donations to help local residents stay cool during the hot summer months. Edge Media Group’s Assistant Program Director, Kimberly Allen, explains the campaign and empathizes with those who must choose between running their air conditioning and paying for food.
