Pennyrile Electric Day, go-cart racing and livestock shows are among Tuesday highlights at the Western Kentucky State Fair.
Fair board President Brad Hewell says more than 2.700 visitors passed through the fair gates Monday night, leaving the four-night total about 1,200 behind 2023 attendance numbers.
