The Caldwell County Grand Jury returned two felony indictments from its July session.
A true bill was returned on Jennifer Messamore, also known as Jennifer Messamore Curnell, of Princeton, on charges of fourth-degree assault, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and two misdemeanor offenses. The charges are the result of a Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office investigation from May 4.
Tyrone Harbin, also known as “Spud”, of Princeton was indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, and two misdemeanor offenses. The charges are in connection to a Princeton Police Department investigation from May 15.
