A Princeton man was arrested on assault charges after an incident in Caldwell County on Independence Day.
Sheriff Don Weedman reports deputies were sent to Otter Pond Road on July 4th and 30-year old Joshua Boaz was taken into custody. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault with minor injury and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Boaz was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
