On Tuesday morning, the City of Princeton celebrated the grand opening of its newest business — Arby’s Restaurant, located on US 62 West.
Christy Schaefer, the Director of Operations at Friends Hospitality, an Arby’s franchise, told WPKY’s News Edge that their Family & Friends Day event on Monday was successful.

After the restaurant’s doors opened at 10:00 Tuesday morning, Mayor Brock Thomas and Princeton Economic Development Director Jenny Clark joined Schaefer as they snipped the ribbon outside the front door to officially mark the grand opening.
Clark shared her excitement about the new addition to the community.
