As we continue to see a daily chance for showers and thunderstorms this week, Caldwell County Ag Agent Shane Bogle is sharing valuable information on lightning awareness and safety.
Bogle cited data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration that in the last 10 years, five lightning fatalities have been recorded in Kentucky, along with 25 injuries.
