Dog Trapped In Cistern Rescued By Caldwell Animal Control Officer

A dog trapped in a cistern was rescued by Caldwell County Animal Control Officer Kevin Lane on Monday.

Lane told WPKY’s News Edge that he responded to West Washington Street after receiving a call from an employee at the Caldwell County Board of Education around 9:15 Monday morning regarding a dog trapped in a sinkhole.
