Princeton Police Chief Announces Officer Resignation, New Incoming Recruits

Princeton Police Chief Chris King shared some bad news followed by some good news with city council members at Monday night’s meeting.

Chief King announced that another officer, who has been with the police department three years, has resigned.

click to download audioHe noted that the department is currently short six officers but also shared some positive news: one of the recent hires will be attending the training academy next month.

Additionally, another recent hire has begun online courses, and Chief King mentioned that two new hires will be joining the department.
