Public Power Week

October 6

Princeton Electric Plant Board, PEPB, is celebrating Public Power Week, Oct. 6-12, along with 2,000 other community-powered, not-for-profit electric utilities that collectively provide electricity to 54 million Americans across 49 states and five territories.

“We take a tremendous amount of pride in the service we provide to Princeton,” said Chris Burton, General Manager at PEPB. “We go to work each day with a sharp focus on our customers. Since we operate right here in Princeton and serve our friends and neighbors, we care a great deal about things like customer service, helping folks save energy and money, and providing the most reliable service possible.”

“When we say Public Power, we are referring to your friends, neighbors, and families being the ones responsible for ensuring great and reliable service to the City of Princeton. PEPB is dedicated to the mission of delivering the highest level of service and value to our customers for the long term. Our public power utility focuses on customers’ specific needs, including high reliability and local priorities.  We truly are a hometown energy working for you.”

PEPB invites community members to participate in our Community Appreciation Lunch on Wednesday, October 9th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the PEPB parking lot at 304 East Legion Drive.
