A pothole that opened up on Interstate 24 in Christian County Friday night has led to one westbound lane being blocked.
Christian County Emergency Management says a westbound lane at mile marker 90, which is between the Tennessee state line and the Kentucky 115 exit, has been temporarily blocked off due to a pothole.
Authorities were initially sent to the area for a report of a large sinkhole but found a large pothole.
It is unknown at this time when the lane will be reopened.
