A Princeton man faces multiple charges following an investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies that led to his arrest.
Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman reports that deputies from Caldwell, Christian and Lyon counties executed a search warrant at 11688 Dawson Road on Tuesday, as the result of a multi-jurisdiction investigation among the three sheriff’s offices.
During the search, Sheriff Weedman said stolen property was recovered including four DeWalt toolboxes with tools and a .243 caliber rifle with a case related to thefts that occurred in Lyon County.
44-year old Shawn Stallins was taken into custody and charged with with receiving stolen property over $1,000, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance drug unspecified. Stallins was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
Sheriff Weedman indicates additional charges with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
