The Caldwell County Elementary School has began a mentoring program for girls at the school titled “Leading Ladies”.
The program was the idea of school guidance counselor Jennifer Fuller and is being carried out by Family Services Director Stephanie Randall.
Randall explained the program.

click to download audioRandall said once a student became a part of the program it could last all year but attendance was completely voluntary.

click to download audioIf a family member would like to have their girl in the program they can contact the school and talk to someone about how to enroll them.
click to download audioRandall added that there is no cost to be a part of the program and it is not a faith based group.
