A Kuttawa man was arrested and charged with child abuse over the weekend.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White stated that deputies responded to Bar-X in Suwanee on Saturday night in search of a fugitive, 32-year-old Tommy Fulkerson. After deputies located Fulkerson, he was charged with a Livingston District Court complaint warrant for first-degree criminal abuse of a child aged 12 or under.
After Fulkerson was taken into custody, authorities said he was served with an emergency protective order.
Fulkerson was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
