A Fredonia man faces DUI charges following a single-vehicle wreck in Marshall County last month.
According to information released this week by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Stephen Hunter was taken into custody on November 16 after deputies responded to a wreck on Scale Road.
Hunter was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
