Tara Ann Rex, age 51, of Hopkinsville, KY passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024 in Lyon County.
Tara was born on December 10, 1972, to the late Kenneth “KO” Oglesby and Judy Fraze Fultz. Tara was a factory worker at Metalsa in Hopkinsville. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tara was passionate about her family, finding great joy in the laughter and company of her grandchildren. In her leisure, she found joy in tending to her gardens, engaging in various homemaker tasks, and indulging in shopping excursions.
Survivors include her daughters, Ariana Fultz of Louisiana and Katlyn Rex of Kentucky; three brothers, John Fultz, Robert Fultz and Thomas Fultz all of Arkansas; two grandchildren, Kingston Fultz and Kanelo Martinez both of Louisiana.
In addition to her parents, Tara is preceded in death by her grandson Kyson Neal.
