Larry and Sherry Curling to Lead Princeton Christmas Parade

Leading the Princeton Christmas Parade this Friday at 5:00 pm will be Grand Marshals Larry and Sherry Curling.Some people refer to them as Mr. & Mrs. Christmas due to the outstanding Christmas decorations that lit up the Caldwell County Courthouse while he served as County Judge-Executive.

Larry explained the idea to decorate the courthouse came from Sherry and goes back to the time he taught 5th grade.

click to download audioSherry added she wasn’t afraid to be on top of the courthouse and the hardest part was climbing up the ladder to get there. Larry expressed he was surprised and honored to be asked to serve as Grand Marshal.

click to download audioSherry agreed about being honored to serve as Grand Marshal and hinted that Larry was working on the vehicle they would be riding in for the parade.
