A Dawson Springs resident was indicted by the Hopkins County Grand Jury during its January session.
A true bill was returned on Malik Davis of Dawson Springs on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol – fourth offense with aggravators, along with multiple misdemeanors and violations.
The charges stem from an incident on December 28, 2024, which was investigated by the Madisonville Police Department.
