James R. Wallace, Sr., age 85, of Kuttawa, passed February 11, 2025, at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
James was born January 23, 1940, to the late James Wallace and Naomi Sales McMain. During his life he enjoyed fishing, hiking, gardening and camping with his love, Geraldine. He and Geraldine married in 1960 and spent 63 wonderful years together.
He is survived by his son, Ron (Kimberly) Wallace of Indiana; daughter, DeRhonda Neff of Michigan; grandchildren, Torilyn Wallace, Jared Carlson and Austin Carlson; one great-grandchild, Zoey Lynn Herbert; and one sister.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Geraldine Wallace; and three brothers.
There will be no public services held at this time.
Lakeland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
