Funeral services for Thurman “T.F.” Potter, Jr., age 71, of Grand Rivers, will be held Friday morning at eleven at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial will follow in Mr. Carmel Cemetery in Iuka, KY.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening from four to eight at the funeral home.
He was an active member of Lake City Baptist Church and retired waste treatment operator with the City of Grand Rivers.
Survivors include his wife: Virginia Aupperle Potter of Grand Rivers; one daughter: Tammy Weitlauf and husband, Phil, of Paducah; one son: Keith Potter and wife, Stephanie Singleton, of Charleston, SC; two sisters: Jean Koon of Calvert City and Tidy Long of Smithland; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
