Funeral services for John Wayne Yandell, age 74, of Princeton, will be held Tuesday afternoon at one at Morgan’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday morning from eleven until service time at the funeral home.
Wayne built the cable system in Princeton starting in 1965 and later managed it, was a member of Second Baptist Church of Princeton, a deputy sheriff and former volunteer fire fighter.
He is survived his wife: Margaret Yvonne Cochran Yandell; three daughters: Denise Pool and husband, Buddy, of Princeton, Melissa Pressley and husband, Conrad, of Princeton and Michelle Flood and husband, Bill, of Princeton; one sister: Sue Simms of Princeton; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
