Local law enforcement and dispatch recently received a generous donation from a large retail store in Princeton, as well as community members, that helped them make Christmas brighter for those families in Caldwell County who are struggling during this unprecedented and difficult time.
Caldwell County Chief Deputy Sheriff Chris Noel said Wednesday the Caldwell County Dispatch Center received a generous $2,000 donation from the Princeton Walmart Store 204, along with anonymous, private donations to purchase toys for the less fortunate families in the community.
According to Chief Deputy Noel, the Sheriff’s Office had the privilege of going to the Princeton Walmart with multiple families to purchase toys for children who may have normally not received any Christmas presents.
Chief Deputy Noel also extended a heartfelt thank you to the Princeton Walmart and those who opened their wallets and hearts to help make Christmas brighter for these families.
