The Lake Barkley Chamber of Commerce Donation and Relief Center is looking for volunteers and donations to help tornado survivors and any others around the area who are in need.
Vice President Mike Stagner, with the Lake Barkley Chamber of Commerce, says the donation and relief center was set up after the December 10 tornado to accept donations as well as distribute items to those who need help.

Stagner notes they have serviced over 50 different families prior to Christmas and they continue to get calls daily from people needing various items. He says the center has a variety of items available for survivors of the tornado or others in the area who need assistance.

According to Stagner, they are still accepting donations. He says they have plenty of gently used items and they are asking for new items at this point along with a couple of items.
