Back Roads Ride to benefit Veterans

Jump in those Jeeps, and meet us Saturday, August 31st at 9am, at MJ’s Lattes in Princeton, to benefit Veterans! Black Patch Jeep Owners will host a “back roads ride” through Caldwell, Crittenden, and Lyon counties, all to benefit the Pennyroyal Regional Veteran Center. While the ride is free, donations will be accepted during the event, and by reaching out to the “Black Patch Jeep Owners” Facebook page. The ride will be approximately 90 miles with a stop at Cave in Rock, Amish store, and VFW in Princeton, Ky. All jeeps are invited.
Pennyroyal Veteran Center suggested “needs” list…
–Hygiene items such as body wash, razors, shaving gel, shampoo, lotion, baby powder, and alcohol free mouthwash
–Washing machine
–Blankets
–Twin sheet sets
–Pillows
–Pillow cases
–Cups with lids
–Underwear from sizes large-2xl
–T-shirts Large-3xl
–Sweatshirts large-3xl
–Shower shoes such as slides or flip flops sizes large-2xl
–Gloves, toboggans, or scarfs
–Gift cards for Walgreens, Kroger, or Walmart. We can use these for prescriptions for the clients without insurance. Not all who are eligible for a GP such as the PVC, qualify for VA insurance or state insurance.
–Microwaves, small coffee pots, and dorm style refrigerators
