Country Ham Time!- Dec 4th Register

It’s country ham time! This hands-on project is for youth ages 9-18 (must be 9 by Jan. 1, 2025)! Participants will cure their own hams and when they complete the project, they have two hams to take home! Participants MUST attend the KY State Fair and compete in the Country Ham Speech Contest. The cost is $70 and deadline to register is Wednesday, Dec. 4. Pay (cash or check only) and fill out forms at the Caldwell County Extension Office.
